I’m a freelance film writer, critic, and programmer.

Writing: I am a contributor for Cineuropa, with bylines in MUBI Notebook, Little White Lies, Senses of Cinema, Zippy Frames, Screen Slate, Talking Shorts, Crooked Marquee, Modern Times Review, Swiss Info, and more.

Festivals: I’ve covered festivals of all sizes, including large international festivals (Berlinale, Cannes, Venice, Sundance, Toronto, Rotterdam, Locarno), medium-sized festivals (Karlovy Vary, San Sebastián, Tallinn Black Nights, Tromsø, Marrakech), and specialised festivals (animation, documentary, short film, genre).

Curation/editorial: I serve as the publishing coordinator for Cineuropa’s GoCritic! emerging writers workshop. I am also a member of the international film selection team for the documentary film festival One World Slovakia and the editorial team for International Film Festival Rotterdam.
